You can sense this in the sweet, intense favour and ultra smooth, velvety texture.. Slow fermentation and long aging in barrels of varying precious woods are the only processes which make possible this unique balsamic vinegar. If you haven’t tasted an “Extraveccio” you haven’t lived!. It’s simply sensational.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Obtained from cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco from the province of Modena. Slow fermentation and long aging in barrels of varying precious woods are the only processes which make possible this unique balsamic vinegar. Only in this way can they be recognized as DOP products (Protected Denomination of Origin).
